From February 20 to 22, LIPO Eyewear participated in the 23rd China (Shanghai) International Optics Fair, presenting a fully upgraded and comprehensive brand showcase. As a recognized leader in myopia management for children and teenagers, the company unveiled the LIPO Aster Smart Myopia Management Glasses, built around its Eye-Use Behavior Monitoring System and six intelligent functional scenarios. The debut signaled a forward-looking approach to smart, data-driven myopia management and drew wide attention from both industry professionals and visitors.

LIPO Aster Smart Myopia Management Glasses – Clinical Application Launch

 

The year 2025 marks the transition into the "Myopia Management 3.0" era, where evidence-based and structured solutions are reshaping approaches to children's visual health. On the opening day of the fair, LIPO Eyewear held the Clinical Application Launch Ceremony for the LIPO Aster Smart Myopia Management Glasses. Through collaborations with multiple professional medical institutions in China, the product has officially entered its clinical trial phase, representing an important step toward delivering more effective and comprehensive myopia management solutions.

During the presentation, Mr. Li Xingtong from LIPO Eyewear outlined the technological framework behind LIPO Aster, highlighting innovations in intelligent monitoring and functional design. He emphasized that coordinated efforts among families, communities, and the broader eye-health sector are essential to advancing children's long-term visual well-being.

Ms. He Xiangui, Director of the Clinical Research Center at the Shanghai Eye Disease Prevention and Treatment Center, shared intervention methodologies and findings from nearly 10,000 ongoing clinical cases. Her presentation underscored the meaningful value of LIPO Aster in current myopia prevention practices—leveraging continuous behavior monitoring and clinical data insights to refine intervention strategies and support children's visual development.

 

LIPO Eyewear Founder, Mr. Li Zhaojiao, noted that the children's eyewear market is evolving from "seeing clearly," to "preventive care," and now toward systematic "myopia management." He emphasized that long-term visual health requires solutions that go beyond immediate clarity, and that LIPO will continue advancing smart, science-based approaches in partnership with leading medical institutions.

Youth Myopia Management Seminar

 

Throughout the exhibition, LIPO Eyewear hosted a dedicated seminar on myopia management for children and adolescents. Experts from global optical companies—including EssilorLuxottica, Hoya Vision, and Carl Zeiss Vision—along with domestic and international specialists, delivered keynote sessions featuring the latest insights, research progress, and practical strategies in myopia prevention. Their participation added depth and forward-thinking perspectives to the event.

LIPO Aster Takes Center Stage at the 2025 Shanghai Optical Fair

 

LIPO Eyewear's booth received a comprehensive upgrade in 2025, expanding from 108 to 384 square meters to provide visitors with a more immersive and professional experience.

The LIPO Aster Smart Myopia Management Glasses emerged as one of the standout products at the fair. Featuring six key functional scenarios—including Daily Wear Time, Surrounding Ambient Levels, Close-distance Eye Use, Active Time Outside, Sitting Posture, and Smart Insights—the system visualizes and digitizes children's eye-use behaviors. Through the LIPO mobile app, the device generates the UOEH (Use of Eye Habits) Comprehensive Analysis Report, enabling caregivers and optometry professionals to better understand individual visual-behavior patterns and optimize intervention strategies based on data feedback.

 

In addition to Aster, LIPO's five major eyewear series and the newly introduced Wukong collection also received significant attention. The five series include Little White Dove, Bai, Xia, Degree, and Square Pathway. The Wukong collection—built around the theme "Be Your Own Hero"—combines style, safety, stability, and comfort to support children in both daily protection and personal expression.
